Insurance Agent
Ryan began as an agent in Rockford Michigan for 3 years before merging with his Dad, Dennis in 2021 in their hometown, Frankenmuth! He has been in the Frankenmuth/Reese area for almost 20 years. Ryan prides himself on providing correct coverage at a competitive price for all of his clients. He loves working in the Agricultural market.

Dennis Roy
Insurance Agent
Dennis has been an agent for 25 years and prides himself on helping farmers with the correct coverage and estate planning. He has been a part of the Frankenmuth community for 25 years and has raised his family here. His wife, Terri and him share three kids, Ryan, Riley and Raquel.

Ashley Laux
Office Manager
Ashley began working with Farm Bureau Insurance in January of 2023! She previously worked in veterinary medicine, but made the switch to Farm Bureau to work with the local public and for a company that has been so good to her own family. She loves working for a company that truly cares about their insured. Ashley and her husband, Micah share two children and reside on a farm where they grow wheat, sugar beets, corn and soybeans as well as raising beef cattle and chickens. Her favorite local spot includes Michigan on Main and Adorn Boutique.

He enjoys connecting with customers and directing them on which coverage is best for them.

Heidi embraces our goal of providing peace of mind to our clients. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, providing quality customer service. Heidi grew up in Frankenmuth and now resides in Millington with her husband Bill and son Chris. Outside of the office, she enjoys boating, camping, and car shows.

Jamie Roberts
Customer Service Representative
Jamie started working with Farm Bureau in August of 2024! Before starting with the company, she worked with local producers, as an MAEP (Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program) Technician in Saginaw and Bay Counties. Jamie enjoys being able to continue working with the farming community. Jamie and her fiancé, Mason, share two dogs at home along with their horses and chickens they raise.
